Neurodiversity Employer Handbook

Developed over 12 months in collaboration with the University’s Disability and Inclusion Service, employers, EDI leads, and apprentices, the handbook offers clear, practical guidance for supporting neurodivergent learners in health and social care settings. It addresses common workplace challenges, outlines reasonable adjustments, provides communication strategies, and introduces tools such as the Practice Reasonable Adjustment Plan.
